Стратегічний компонент професійно-орієнтованої комунікативної компетенції фахівців морської галузі

Abstract

В статті стверджується, що ретельний аналіз структури професійно-орієнтованої комунікативної сприяє розробці ефективної моделі її формування, адже уможливлює глибше розуміння сутності поняття комунікативної компетенції та визначення шляхів її формування та вдосконалення, ураховуючи професійні потреби фахівців тієї чи іншої галузі. Пропонується у складі професійно-орієнтованої комунікативної компетенції саме фахівців морської галузі виокремлювати ядерні та периферійні компоненти. Під ядерними компонентами розуміються такі, що визначаються як мінімальний необхідний для виконання професійних обов’язків перелік умінь та навичок без наявності яких здійснення професійної діяльності не можливе. В статті наведено огляд основних ядерних компонентів професійно-орієнтованої комунікативної компетенції майбутніх фахівців морської галузі та детально розкрито сутність одного з них – стратегічного. Цей компонент визначається як ядерний, оскільки забезпечує уміння користуватися мовою залежно від ситуації, враховуючи мовленнєві та психологічні властивості комунікантів і, тим самим, забезпечує можливість використовувати висловлювання відповідно до комунікативної мети мовця і ситуативних умов мовлення. Зазначено, що оскільки цей компонент структури професійно-орієнтованої комунікативної компетенції включає в себе також і уміння здійснювати вплив на членів екіпажу з метою виконання поставлених перед ними професійних завдань, а також згуртування екіпажу як цілого колективу, врегулювання міжособистісних стосунків, утворення сприятливого психологічного клімату тощо, то його сформованість має надзвичайно важливе значення для старшого офіцерського плавскладу до посадових обов’якзів якого входить і функція управління. Загалом, всі типи умінь, які передбачають у рамках стратегічного компонентна структури комунікативної компетенції пропонується класифікувати та об’єднати у три групи: оперативно-організаторські уміння, соціально-перцептивні уміння та соціально-психологічні уміння. В статті надається детальний опис кожної групи умінь. It is argued in the article that the detailed analyses of professionally-oriented communicative competency structure enables the development of the effective model of its formation because it makes possible better and deeper understanding of the communicative competency phenomena essence and, in such a way, helps to determine the ways of its formation and improvement taking into the consideration the professional needs of this or that specialty. It is suggested to distinguish inside the structure of the professionally-oriented communicative competency of seafarers namely two major kinds of components: core and auxiliary ones. The core components mean the ones which are defined as minimum required for job performance list of knowledge and skills without which a person cannot carry out the professional tasks successfully. The article suggests the review of all core components in the structure of professionally-oriented communicative competency of seafarers but it primarily concentrates on the detailed description of the cognitive one. This component is deemed to be the core one because it provides for the ability to use the foreign language in accordance to the communicative situation, taking into consideration the communicative and psychological features of communicators and, thus, provides for the possibility of to use statements in compliance with the communicative aims of the speaker and communicative conditions. It is claimed that as the strategic component of professionally-oriented communicative competency structure includes also the abilities to influence crewmembers so that they would carry out the tasks given, as well as the skills of building crew into a team, regulating interpersonal relationships between individual crewmembers and creating a positive emotional atmosphere, it means that it is especially important for the senior officers whose professional duties are connected not only with navigational or engineering tasks but also the managerial ones. Generally speaking, all the skills and abilities, required for the strategic components to be active, are suggested to be classified and united into three main groups: operational and organizational skills, social and perceptual skills, social and psychological skills.
