Міждисциплінарні зв’язки як провідний принцип підготовки фахівців у морській галузі

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню проблеми реалізації міждисциплінарних зв’язків у системі професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців морської галузі. Невід’ємною складовою розвитку сучасної транспортної галузі є підготовка висококваліфікованих кадрів, конкурентоспроможних на ринку праці. Отже, зростають вимоги до формування в майбутнього фахівця особистісних та професійно значущих якостей, зокрема, орієнтації в суміжних областях діяльності, здібності до ефективної роботи за спеціальністю на рівні світових стандартів, готовності до постійного професійного зростання. The article is devoted to investigation of the issue of interdisciplinary links implementation into the system of vocational education of future maritime professionals. An integral part of modern transport industry development is education and training of highquality personnel that is competitive at labour market. Therefore, we have an increase of requirements level to development of personal and professionally meaningful qualities of future specialists, in particular the guidance in adjacent areas of activity, the ability to respond effectively the professional requirements at international standard level, readiness to the constant professional growth. Status analysis of vocational education of professionals in specialty 271 River and Sea Transport shows the irrelevance between the level of professional training and employers’ requirements. The relevance of this article is conditioned by the necessity to search for the ways of interdisciplinary links implementation between the subjects of general science, in particular Physics, and professional subjects.
