Застосування стандартів НАТО в практичній підготовці офіцерів військово-морських сил України: організаційно-педагогічні аспекти.

Abstract

Метою статті було дослідити процес застосування стандартів НАТО у практичній підготовці офіцерів Військово‐морських сил України, зосереджуючись на організаційно‐педагогічних аспектах. У процесі дослідження використано такі методи, як аналіз теоретичних джерел, емпіричні спостереження, інтерв’ю, а також опитування з метою вивчення думки та досвіду військовослужбовців. У роботі описуються досягнуті успіхи та прогалини у впровадженні стандартів НАТО, а також надається аналіз ефективності використання стандартів у навчальному процесі. Результати дослідження можуть бути корисні для військових командирів, педагогів та адміністраторів у сфері військової освіти. Стаття вказує на важливість подальшого дослідження в галузі застосування стандартів НАТО в українській військовій освіті та формуванні відповідної методики та підходів. The purpose of the study is to analyze and evaluate the process of implementation and use of NATO standards in the practical training of officers of the Naval Forces of Ukraine, taking into account organizational and pedagogical aspects. In addition, the article aims to determine the factors affecting the success of the adaptation and implementation of these standards in the naval context of Ukraine, as well as to identify opportunities for optimizing the process of officer training, taking into account international requirements and standards. The following methods were used to achieve specific goals and objects of this research: analysis of relevant documents and scientific and scientific‐methodological literature; surveys and questionnaires of specialists in the field of naval education, determination of their level of knowledge, skills and compliance with NATO standards; observation of the process of practical training of officers of the Navy of Ukraine; comparative analysis of learning approaches and results; case studies of specific cases or situations related to the application of NATO standards in the training of officers of the Navy of Ukraine. In the course of the study, the following was established: specific successes in the implementation of NATO standards in the practical training of officers of the Naval Forces of Ukraine (improvement of the quality of training, improvement of the professional competence of servicemen, adaptation to international standards and practices) were revealed; key problems, obstacles and shortcomings in the process of implementing NATO standards in the practice of officer training were identified: insufficient level of funding, lack of qualified personnel, technical limitations and other factors limiting the effectiveness of the process; an assessment of the level of knowledge and skills achieved by servicemen was carried out, as well as their readiness to perform tasks in real conditions. The results of the study can be useful for military commanders, teachers and administrators in the field of military education. The article indicates the importance of further research in the field of application of NATO standards in Ukrainian military education and the formation of appropriate methods and approaches.
