Інтерактивні технології у практиці формування міжкультурної компетентності майбутніх фахівців морської галузі.

Abstract

У статті представлено аналіз інтерактивних технологій у практиці формування міжкультурної компетентності майбутніх фахівців морської галузі. Висловлено тезу про необхідність підготовки майбутніх фахівців морської галузі, здатних до професійної комунікації в полікультурних екіпажах. Відтак акцентується потреба щодо посилення уваги до формування міжкультурної компетентності майбутніх судноводіїв та суднових механіків засобом ефективних технологій навчання. Обґрунтовано значущість формування міжкультурної компетентності у майбутніх фахівців морської галузі з огляду на специфіку їх професійної діяльності, тривалої потреби у побутовій комунікації та роботи в полікультурному екіпажі. Проаналізовано актуальні позиції дослідників щодо порушеної проблеми у сучасній науковій площині. Визначено сутність дефініції «міжкультурна компетентність» співвідносно до предмету дослідження. Студіювання порушеного питання дозволило констатувати наявність різних тлумачень поняття, що свідчить про його популярність у науковій та освітній площині. Досліджено практику впровадження інтерактивних технологій у підготовці здобувачів вищої освіти. У статті акцентовано увагу на тих засобах інтерактивного навчання, які доцільні в процесі формування міжкультурної компетентності майбутніх фахівців морської галузі. Саме тому у роботі досліджено модель VARK, інтерактивну онлайн-платформу MyEnglishLab, інтерактивний засіб навчання «Хмари слів»/«Теги слів» та цифровий ресурс Word it out в проєкції розвитку означеної компетентності майбутніх фахівців морської галузі. Обґрунтовано значущість формування міжкультурної компетентності у майбутніх фахівців морської галузі з огляду на специфіку їх професійної діяльності, тривалої потреби у побутовій комунікації та роботи в полікультурному екіпажі морського судна; проаналізовано актуальні позиції дослідників щодо порушеної проблеми у сучасній науковій площині. The thesis is expressed about the need to train future specialists in the maritime industry capable of professional communication in multicultural crews. Therefore, the need to increase attention to the formation of intercultural competence of future ship drivers and ship mechanics by means of effective training technologies is emphasized. The significance of the formation of intercultural competence among future specialists in the mari- time industry is substantiated in view of the specifics of their professional activity, the long-term need for everyday communication and work in a multicultural crew. Current positions of researchers regarding the raised problem in the modern scientific plane are analyzed. The essence of the definition of «intercultural competence» is defined in relation to the subject of research. The study of the raised issue made it possible to ascertain the existence of different interpretations of the concept, which testifies to its popularity in the scientific and educational sphere. The practice of implementing interactive technologies in the training of higher education applicants was studied. The article focuses on those means of interactive learning that are appropriate in the process of forming the intercultural competence of future specialists in the maritime industry. That is why in our work we studied the VARK model, the interactive online platform MyEnglishLab, the interactive learning tool «Word Clouds» / «Word Tags» and the digital resource Word it out in the projection of the development of the defined competence of future specialists in the maritime industry. the significance of the formation of intercultural competence among future specialists in the maritime industry is substantiated in view of the specifics of their professional activity, the long-term need for everyday communication and work in a multicultural crew of a sea vessel; the current positions of researchers regarding the raised problem in the modern scientific plane are analyzed.
