Синергія дисциплін як засіб підвищення якості підготовки майбутніх судноводіїв у цифровому світі

Abstract

Глобальний локдаун, через спалах COVID-19, став каталізатором фундаментальних перетворень у сфері освіти та переходу навчальних закладів усіх рівнів до змішаного навчання. Класична модель прямої взаємодії вчителя та учня стала неможливою через карантин. Навчальний процес перейшов у режим онлайн, спілкування здійснювалося за допомогою різних сервісів, таких як Zoom, Jitsi Meet, Google Meet, Skype та інші. У статті представлено переваги змішаного навчання та використання цифрових послуг для цифрового покоління, які зараз навчаються в ХДМА. Синергічний ефект, тобто сумарний ефект, особливістю якого є те, що коли дві або більше дисциплін взаємодіють, то їх дія значно переважає над дією кожного окремого компонента. Цей результат пояснюється міжпредметними зв’язками, які допомагають мислити діалектично, сприяють формуванню у здобувача вищої освіти цілісного бачення певних проблем та використання різних методів і підходів до їх вирішення. Отже, міжпредметні зв’язки є об’єктивним фактором формування професійної компетенцій у курсантів ХДМА. Міждисциплінарні зв’язки між дисциплінами «Географія судноплавства», «Морське та комерційне право», «Економічна теорія та економіка мореплавства», «Промисловість», «Технологія перевезення вантажів». У навчальному процесі пропонується використовувати діаграму Ісікави, яка науково обґрунтовує та гармонійно поєднує різні дисципліни в освітній системі, яка формує ланцюг цінностей міжпредметних зв’язків. The global lockdown due to the COVID-19 outbreak has become a catalyst for fundamental transformations in the field of education and the transition of educational institutions at all levels to mixed learning. As the classic model of direct interaction between teacher and student has become impossible due to quarantine restrictions, the educational process has gone online, when the learning process takes place using various services such as Zoom, Jitsi Meet, Google Meet, Skype and others. The article presents the advantages of mixed learning and the usage of digital services for the digital generation currently studying at KSMA. The main features of the digital generation are systematized and relevant examples of teachers’ actions to obtain a positive result are given, in particular, in order to improve the quality of training of future drivers. The synergy effect, i.e. the total effect, the peculiarity of which is that when two or more disciplines interact, their action (study) significantly outweighs the effect of each individual component in the form of their simple sum is revealed. This result is explained by interdisciplinary connections that help to think dialectically, contribute to the formation of a higher education student’s comprehensive vision of certain problems and the use of different methods and approaches to their solution. Thus, interdisciplinary links are an objective factor in the formation of professional competencies in cadets of the KSMA. The interdisciplinary connections between the disciplines “Shipping Geography”, “Maritime and Commercial Law”, “Economic Theory and Economics of the Maritime Industry”, “Technology of Cargo Transportation” are determined. It is proposed to use the Ishikawa diagram in the educational process, which scientifically substantiates in accordance with the model of competencies of maritime graduates and harmoniously combines different disciplines in the educational system of higher education, which will form a chain of values of interdisciplinary links and due to the synergy effect to improve the quality of training of future navigators and also get a well-developed specialist who understands the consequences of his actions and will be in demand in the global labor market.
