Формування міжкультурної компетентності у цифрову епоху: чому інтерактивність – це Must.

Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналізу актуальної педагогічної проблеми формування міжкультурної компетентності у цифрову епоху та проблемі ефективного впровадження інтерактивних технологій у сучасний дизайн заняття. Обґрунтовано актуальність наукової розвідки глобалізацією світу, потребою формування в здобувачів освіти міжкультурної компетентності для реалізації власної траєкторіє, набуття соціального статусу та реалізації навчальних цілей. У дослідженні акцентовано увагу на розумінні того факту, що сучасні інтерактивні технології поступово змінюють традиційні методи навчання, сприяючи впровадженню різних форм активної взаємодії усіх учасників освітнього процесу. У матеріалі статті проаналізовано освітній потенціал інтерактивних технологій та виокремлено такі, що сприяють формуванню міжкультурної компетентності у здобувачів освіти, обґрунтовано основні аспекти, що унаочнюють ефективність інтерактива в процесі формування міжкультурної компетентності здобувача освіти. Визначено сутнісні характеристики та дидактичні переваги таких інтерактивних технологій, як групові та кооперативні методи навчання, дискусійні методи, ігрові технології, метод проєктів, кейс-метод, технології дистанційного та електронного навчання. У статті обґрунтовано важливість сучасних інтерактивних технологій в процесі формування загальної комунікативної компетентності сучасному освітньо-цифровому середовищі та міжкультурної компетентності в глобальному світі. У науковій розвідці було репрезентовно такі аспекти: активізація навчального процесу, підготовка усіх учасників освітнього процесу до цифрової епохи, індивідуалізація навчання та розвиток навичок співпраці, підвищення ефективності викладання та збільшення мотивації здобувачів освіти, інтерактивні технології успішно змінюють дизайн різних форм освітнього процесу, а їх упровадження в мовній освіті сприяє формуванню комунікативної компетентності здобувача освіти загалом та міжкультурної – зокрема. The article is devoted to the analysis of the current pedagogical problem of the formation of intercultural competence in the digital age and the problem of the effective implementation of interactive technologies in modern lesson design. The relevance of scientific intelligence is substantiated by the globalization of the world, the need for the formation of intercultural competence in students for the realization of their own trajectory, the acquisition of social status and the realization of educational goals. The study focuses on understanding the fact that modern interactive technologies are gradually changing traditional teaching methods, contributing to the implementation of various forms of active interaction of all participants in the educational process. In the material of the article, the educational potential of interactive technologies is analyzed and those that contribute to the formation of intercultural competence among students of education are singled out, the main aspects illustrating the effectiveness of the interactive in the process of forming the intercultural competence of the student of education are substantiated. The essential characteristics and didactic advantages of such interactive technologies as group and cooperative learning methods are determined, discussion methods, gaming technologies, project method, case method, distance and electronic learning technologies. The article substantiates the importance of modern interactive technologies in the process of forming general communicative competence in the modern educational and digital environment and intercultural competence in the global world. The following aspects were representative of scientific research: intensification of the educational process, preparation of all participants of the educational process for the digital era, individualization of training and development of cooperation skills, increasing the effectiveness of teaching and increasing the motivation of education seekers, interactive technologies successfully change the design of various forms of the educational process, and their implementation in language education contributes to the formation of communicative competence of the learner in general and intercultural competence in particular.
