Сучасні моделі професійної підготовки майбутніх морських спеціалістів

Abstract

Статтю присвячено аналізу сучасних моделей професійної підготовки морських спеціалістів, досліджених у працях російських науковців: моделі фундаментальної професійної компетентності морського фахівця, моделі готовності морських фахівців до роботи у критичних і екстремальних умовах професійної діяльності, моніторингу освітнього процесу на основі методологічної єдності системного та «процесного» підходів, організаційно-педагогічної моделі формування професійної інформаційної компетентності фахівця у військово-морському вищому закладі освіти, моделі тре- нажерних модулів, моделі виховання громадянськості як професійної компетенції, моделі управління якістю підготовки фахівця морського транспорту, рівневої моделі формування фізичної культури майбутніх морських фахівців та іншомовної професійно комунікативної компетентності у морських фахівців, моделі готовності до діяльності в екстремальних ситуаціях. На основі аналізу сучасних моделей професійної підготовки морських спеціалістів у Росії зроблено висновок про відсутність уні- версальної моделі професійної підготовки морських фахівців. Узагальнено доцільні напрями в моделю- ванні професійної підготовки морських спеціалістів у закладі вищої освіти, зокрема: спрямованість на формування готовності до самонавчання і самоосвіти, уміння діяти у критичних і екстремальних ситуаціях; орієнтація на постійний моніторинг якості професійної морської освіти; увага до інфор- матичної складової частини професійної підготовки майбутніх морських фахівців; застосування сис- теми тренажерної підготовки в поєднанні із традиційними методами і засобами професійної системи підготовки фахівців; виховання громадянськості як професійної компетентності; застосування рів- невого підходу до формування професійних компетентностей майбутніх морських фахівців; акцент на формуванні в майбутніх морських фахівців готовності до діяльності в екстремальних ситуаціях. The article is devoted to the analysis of modern models of maritime specialists’ professional training, researched in the works of Russian scientists: model of fundamental professional competence of a maritime specialist, model of the readiness of marine professionals to work in critical and extreme conditions of professional activity’s, monitoring of educational process on the basis of methodological unity of the systematic approach and “process unity”, organizational and pedagogical model of formation of professional information competence of a specialist in a naval higher educational institutions, model of simulators’ modules, model of education of citizenship as professional competence, management of quality of maritime transport specialist training model, level model of formation of physical culture of future maritime specialists and foreign-language professional communicative competence of maritime specialists, model of readiness for activity in extreme situations. Based on the analysis of modern models of professional training of maritime specialists in Russia, it is concluded that there is no universal model of professional training of maritime specialists. Generally relevant directions in modeling the professional training of maritime specialists in higher education institutions: the focus on the formation of readiness for self-education to act in critical and extreme situations, orientation to continuous monitoring of the quality of professional maritime education; attention to the informational component of the professional training of future maritime specialists; application of the training system in combination with traditional methods and means of the professional training system of specialists; education of citizenship as a professional competence; applying a level approach to the formation of future maritime specialists’ competencies; emphasis on the formation of future maritime professionals’ readiness to act in extreme situations.
