Modeling of control actions in the processes of restoration of qualification parameters of maritime transport specialists.

Abstract

The preservation of maritime specialists’ qualification parameters is critical for the efficiency of organizational and technical systems in maritime transport. Dynamic processes affect functional performance, and the human factor may lead to irreversible consequences. Identifying and restoring qualification parameters requires control systems, including fuzzy models, to reduce risks and automate management. Збереження кваліфікаційних параметрів морських фахівців є критичним для ефективності організаційно-технічних систем морського транспорту. Динамічні процеси впливають на якість виконання функціональних обов’язків, а людський фактор може спричинити незворотні наслідки. Визначення та відновлення кваліфікаційних параметрів потребує застосування контрольних систем, зокрема нечітких моделей, для зниження ризиків і автоматизації управління.
