Основними чинниками, які впливають на якість освіти є: висока професійна підготовка, адаптована до специфіки навчального процесу навчально-методичне та тренажерне забезпечення, наявність сучасної системи оцінювання рівнів викладання навчальних дисциплін та отриманих знань, застосування сучасних освітньо-інноваційних технологій, активне залучення до науково-дослідної роботи, мотивація та стимулювання самостійної роботи курсантів, належний рівень тренажерно-технічної бази, відповідність програм дисциплін сучасним вимогам, тісне співробітництво з роботодавцями та провідними фахівцями у морській галузі. Кожен з цих факторів відіграє значну роль у реалізації стратегії навчального закладу, яка орієнтована на розвиток особистості та підготовку конкурентоздатного фахівця. The main factors that influence the quality of education are: high professional training, educational and methodological and training support adapted to the specifics of the educational process, the presence of a modern system for assessing the levels of teaching of academic disciplines and acquired knowledge, the use of modern educational and innovative technologies, active involvement in research work, motivation and stimulation of independent work of cadets, the appropriate level of training and technical base, compliance of subject programs with modern requirements, close cooperation with employers and leading specialists in the maritime industry. Each of these factors plays a significant role in the implementation of the educational institution's strategy, which is focused on personal development and training of a competitive specialist.
