І зрозуміло, що забезпечення гігантських об’ємів перевезень неможливе без нарощування та вдосконалення парку експлуатованих суден. Зауважимо, що незважаючи на високі стандарти безпеки, які вже впроваджені на морському та річковому транспорті, аварії та інциденти ще трапляються кожного року.
