Позовна давність за вимогами про визнання права власності.

Abstract

У статті розглядаються проблемні питання застосування позовної давності за вимогами про визнання права власності, аналізується поняття «позовна давність» і законодавчі нововведення у цій сфері. In this article the author examines issues concerning the application of the limitation period for claims for recognition of property rights. The concept of «term of limitation of actions» and legislative innovations in this area are analyzed; arguments both «for» and «against» the possibility of applying the limitation period for claims for recognition of property rights are examined; author gives her own arguments about the vision of the subject.
