Abstract

Проаналізовано ринок суден хевіліфтів, без яких не обходиться жодне будівництво заводів, енергетичних станцій, різноманітної техніки тощо. На хевіліфтах перевозять проєктні вантажі – конструкції різноманітних форм та великої ваги (бурові установки, яхти, літаки, промислове й енергетичне обладнання та інші юніти). Особливість спеціалізованих проєктів полягає в тому, що залучені до проєкту процеси вимагають застосування унікального обладнання та визначених умов перевезення: вони не підлягають розбиранню, демонтажу, від'єднанню на складові частини, блоки або механізми через високу вартість та унікальність виробів або виробництва. Такі унікальні вантажі вимагають індивідуального підходу та високої кваліфікованості членів екіпажу. Встановлено, що попит на глобальні спеціалізовані проєкти зростатиме: для вітряних електростанцій – в Азії, Північній Америці та Європі; будівництва ядерних заводів – в Китаї, Індії, Південній Америці і на Близькому Сході; для побудови відповідної інфраструктури видобування достатньої кількості електроенергії; для гірничодобувної промисловості – на високотехнологічне обладнання через зростання потреби у металопрокатних виробах. Встановлено, що потреба у перевезенні проєктних вантажів прямо пропорційна об’ємам побудови різних промислових об’єктів. Аналіз тенденцій розвитку галузей промисловості довів актуальність флоту хевіліфтів, бо зазначені судна можуть також перевозити генеральні вантажі, що дозволяє більш раціонально використовувати їх вантажомісткість та dантажопідйомність і розширює базу потенційних фрахтівників навіть в умовах пандемії або економічної кризи. Розглянуто чинники, що викликали стрімке зростання ціни фрахту суден у світі. Обґрунтовані вимоги до екіпажу хевіліфтів: високий професіоналізм та злагоджена робота членів екіпажу. In this report the market of heavy lift vessels is analyzed, without the participation of which impossible construction of factories, power plants, various equipment, etc. Heavy lifts carry project cargo - structures of various shapes and heavy weight (drilling rigs, yachts, aircrafts, industrial and energy equipment and other units). The peculiarity of specialized projects is that the processes involved in the project require the use of unique equipment and certain conditions of transportation: they are not subject to disassembly, dismantling, detachment into components, blocks or mechanisms due to high cost and uniqueness of products or production. Such unique cargoes require an individual approach and high qualification of crew members. It is established that the demand for global specialized projects will increase: for wind power plants - in Asia, North America and Europe; construction of nuclear plants - in China, India, South America and the Middle East; to build an appropriate infrastructure for the production of sufficient electricity; for the mining industry - for high-tech equipment due to the growing demand for metal products. It is established that the need for transportation of design cargo is directly proportional to the volume of construction of various industrial facilities. After analyzing the development trends of a particular industry, we can make conclusions about the relevance of the fleet of heavy lifts. Heavy lifts can carry general cargo and containers, which allows more efficient use of their lifting capacity and volume capacity and expands the base of potential charterers, even in a pandemic or economic crisis. The factors that caused the rapid increase in the price of ship freight in the world are considered. Reasonable requirements for the crew of heavy lifts: high professionalism, because each new cargo requires an individual approach and coordinated work of crew members. It is proved that the fleet of heavylifts remains relevant and is gradually becoming more in demand. As the industry develops, there will always be a necessity to deliver a variety of design cargo, and the ability to carry general or bulk cargo on this type of vessels ensures that heavy lifts will not stand in the roads while waiting to be chartered.
