Model of the optimal consumption of the psycho emotional resource of the navigator in critical situations

Abstract

The study addresses the task of formalizing the management of psychoemotional resources. The hypothesis suggests that determining an optimal balance plan for navigation tasks can significantly improve navigation safety. The human factor has a decisive influence on transport processes, making this study highly relevant. The boatmaster's behavior model allows for the identification of thresholds indicating the depletion of resources, which impedes effective decision-making. Through experiments using navigation simulators, it becomes possible to accurately determine these thresholds. Дослідження ставить задачу формалізації управління запасом психоемоційних ресурсів. Гіпотеза полягає в тому, що визначення оптимального плану балансу при виконанні навігаційних завдань значно підвищить безпеку навігації. Людський фактор має вирішальний вплив на транспортні процеси, тому це дослідження є актуальним. Модель поведінки капітана дозволяє визначати пороги, які вказують на вичерпання ресурсу сил, що ускладнює прийняття ефективних управлінських рішень. У процесі експериментів з використанням навігаційних тренажерів стає можливим точне визначення цих порогів.
