Застосування електронних освітніх ресурсів у професійній підготовці майбутніх судноводіїв

Abstract

У статті висвітлені електронні освітні ресурси в контексті їхнього застосування з метою формування професійних компетентностей майбутніх судноводіїв. У контексті визначеної проблематики в статті розкрито методологічні підходи, процеси використання електронних освітніх ресурсів у системі вищої освіти. Описаний досвід використання електронних освітніх ресурсів у Херсонській державній морській академії в електронному середовищі LMS Moodleю. Показано, що створення систематизованої бази електронних освітніх ресурсів для формування професійних компетентностей майбутніх морських фахівців є потужним та перспективним механізмом запровадження компетентнісного підходу у вищій морській освіті. Потенційні можливості використання новітніх цифрових технологій призводять до розширення потенціалу процесу освіти завдяки збільшенню діапазону використання засобів навчання, та змінюють методичні прийоми викладачів із формування професійних компетентностей у професійній підготовці майбутніх судноводіїв. На прикладі використання інтерактивних цифрових ресурсів у Херсонській державній морській академії зроблено висновок про перспективи системи організації освітнього процесу з урахуванням зростання вимог до майбутніх судноводіїв, які повинні бути підготовлені до роботи з технічними засобами цифрового покоління. The development of technologies, navigation informatization requires changes in the training of future marine specialists in the formation of their professional competencies. In the context of the implementation of the Manila Amendments in 2010, the priority task of the marine specialists training system is to achieve a qualitative new level of training of marine specialists, the use of educational resources of a new generation adapted to the goals and objectives of the professional training of marine specialists. The article highlights the electronic educational resources in the context of their application in order to form the professional competencies of future ship navigators. In the context of the identified problems in the article methodological approaches, processes of using electronic educational resources in the system of higher education are revealed. The experience of using electronic educational resources in the Kherson State Maritime Academy in the electronic environment of LMS Moodle is presented. It is shown that the creation of a systematic basis of electronic educational resources for the purpose of forming professional competencies of future marine specialists is a powerful and promising mechanism for introducing a competency approach in higher maritime education. Potential possibilities of using the latest digital technologies lead to the expansion of the educational process potential through increased use of teaching aids, and change the teaching methods of teachers in developing professional competencies in the training of future ship navigators. An example of the use of interactive digital resources in the Kherson State Maritime Academy is the conclusion about the prospects of the organization of educational process, taking into account the growing demands for future navigators, which should be prepared for work with digital devices/
