Соціокультурна складова освіти морських фахівців (початок XXI століття)

Abstract

У статті висвітлюється актуальність соціокультурної складової освіти, зокрема освіти морських фахівців на початку XXI століття. Розглядаються терміни, пов’язані з соціокультурною складовою, надано перелік компонентів змісту освіти. Наведено приклади стратегій соціокультурної модернізації освіти, які можуть бути застосовані щодо морських фахівців, зокрема стратегія розроблення освітніх програм, які б поєднували освіту з іншими інститутами соціалізації. Проаналізовано поняття соціокультурної компетентності та її складових як результату наявності соціокультурної складової освіти. Стисло схарактеризовано соціокультурну складову освіти на прикладі Херсонської державної морської академії.

В статье освещается актуальность социокультурной составляющей образования, в частности образования морских специалистов в начале XXI века. Рассматриваются термины, связанные с социокультурной составляющей, подан перечень компонентов содержания образования. Приведены примеры стратегий социокультурной модернизации образования, которые могут быть применены в отношении морских специалистов, в частности стратегия разработки образовательных программ, объединяющих образование с другими институтами социализации. Проанализировано понятие социокультурной компетентности и ее составляющих как результата наличия социокультурной составляющей образования. Кратко охарактеризовано социокультурную составляющую образования на примере Херсонской государственной морской академии.

The paper highlights the relevance of the sociocultural component of education and, in particular, the education of marine specialists in the early 21st century. The terms related to the sociocultural component such as culturally developed person, general culture of a person, cultural and educational space are considered. The components list of the content of education is given. The most important among them are openness to the perception of socially useful actions, the ability to compete without breaking the moral and ethical standards, assimilation of communicative skills and abilities. Examples of strategies for sociocultural modernization of education that can be applied to marine specialists are listed, among them there are development of projects that reveal the essence of education as the main type of social activity of society; the formation of a civic identity as a prerequisite for the strengthening of society; search for ways to social partnership with mass media, religion, family; the strategy for developing educational programs that combine education with other socialization institutions etc. We consider the last strategy particularly relevant to develop educational programs that would combine education with other institutes of socialization because the requirements for the education of marine specialists are increasing every year. The components of sociocultural competence are given. There are general cultural, sociolinguistic and professionally oriented competences. The definitions of sociocultural, intercultural and multicultural competence are analyzed. The sociocultural component of education is briefly characterized by the example of Kherson State Maritime Academy.
