Удосконалення професійної підготовки морських фахівців засобами навчально-тренажерного комплексу

Abstract

Статтю присвячено пошуку ефективних способів професійної підготовки морських фахівців. Відзначено, що проблема моделювання реальних ситуацій майбутньої професійної діяльності морських фахівців у навчальному процесі має особливу важливість. Особливої уваги потребує здійснення навчання майбутніх морських фахівців шляхом використання спеціальних тренажерів із відповідним програмним забезпеченням, що надає можливість адекватного моделювання навігаційної й метеорологічної обстановки та аварійних ситуацій, відпрацювання взаємодії екіпажу судна з береговими службами й іншими суднами. З’ясовано, що доцільним буде запровадження в Херсонській державній морській академії проекту «ХДМА - судно віртуальної реальності». Здійснено опис ідеї, мети та завдань проекту. Здійснено опис планування освітнього простору ХДМА, що має враховувати необхідний обсяг професійних компетентностей, якими курсанти повинні оволодіти за період підготовки до першої та до другої плавальних практик, а також перед працевлаштуванням. Запропоновано планування двотижневого практичного несення вахти курсантів ХДМА у складі повноцінних суднових команд із використанням навчально-тренажерного комплексу «Віртуально-реальне судно морської індустрії». Воно передбачає 2 етапи: тиждень практичної роботи в умовах несення вахти; тиждень обговорення та аналізу якості несення вахти. Запропоновано для повної реалізації проекту здійснити заходи щодо завершення формування навчально-тренажерної бази ХДМА; розробки інтегрованих планів теоретичної, практичної і тренажерної підготовки курсантів; удосконалення курсів лекцій, практичних занять і тренажерної підготовки курсантів, змісту компетентностей та засобів контролю; запровадження системи підвищення професійної майстерності науково-педагогічних кадрів та інструкторів; розробки методики організації несення вахт курсантами під час вахтового тижня та методичної системи для викладачів та інструкторів-екзаменаторів із підготовки компетентних фахівців усіх рівнів для суднових команд. The article is devoted to the search for effective methods of professional training of marine specialists. It is noted that the problem of modeling real life situations of future professional activity of marine specialists in the educational process is of special importance. Particular attention requires the training of future marine specialists through the use of special simulators with appropriate software that provides an adequate modeling of navigation and meteorological conditions and emergency situations, working out the interaction of the ship’s crew with coastal services and other vessels. It is proved that it would be expedient to introduce in the Kherson State Maritime Academy the project “KSMA is a vessel of virtual reality". A description of the idea, goals and objectives of the project was presented. A description of the planning of the educational space of the KSMA, which should take into account the required amount ofprofessional competencies that cadets need to master during the period of training for the first and second nautical practices, as well as before employment, is described. It is proposed to plan two-week practical training of the cadets of the KSMA in the composition of full-fledged maritime crews using the training complex and training. “Virtual real ship of the maritime industry". It involves 2 stages: a week of practical work in conditions of keeping watch; Week of discussion and analysis of the quality of watch keeping. It is proposed to implement measures for the full realization of the project to complete the formation of the training-simulator base of the KSMA; development of integrated plans for the¬oretical, practical and training of cadets; improvement of courses of lectures, practical classes and training of cadets, content of competencies and means of control; introduction of a system for improving the professional skills of scientific and pedagogical staff and instructors; the development of a methodology for organizing cadets’ watch-keeping during a watch-week and a methodical system for teachers and instructors-examiners for the training of competent specialists of all levels for ship’s crews.
