Формування професійної компетентності судноводіння в майбутніх судноводіїв

Abstract

У статті з'ясовано теоретичні засади формування професійної компетентності судноводіння в майбутніх судноводіїв. Проаналізовано тлумачення понять: компетентність, професійна компетентність майбутнього судноводія, професійна компетентність судноводіння. Визначено основні напрями формування професійної компетентності судноводіння. Виокремлено й охарактеризовано складові професійної компетентності судноводіння в майбутніх судноводіїв. Доведено, що професійна компетентність судноводіння - поняття динамічне й багатоаспектне. Його зміст змінюється згідно з процесами, що відбуваються в суспільстві й галузі судноводіння. The aim of the article is to determine the aspects of forming navigation professional competence of future navigators. Research methods. To solve the problem, a complex of methods was used: analysis, systematization and generalization of philosophical, pedagogical, psychological, normative, reference sources and educational-methodological literature in order to substantiate the essence of the concept of "professional competence of navigation"; analysis of normative and programme-methodological documents in the field of education with the purpose of determining the structure of professional competence of future marine navigators. Research results. The author studied international requirements of Standards of training, certification and watchkeeping for seafarers (STCW). The article is devoted to the theoretical principles of formation of navigation professional competence for future marine navigators. The concepts of competence, professional competence of future marine navigator, professional competence of navigation are analyzed. The basic directions of formation of future navigators' professional competence are determined. The components of professional competence of future navigator are highlighted and characterized. The basic requirements for a marine profession are revealed, which are determined by the specifics of its activity, a professional mariner has been compiled. It is proved that professional competence of navigation is a dynamic and multifaceted concept, its content changes in accordance with the processes taking place in the society and the field of navigation. The article defines professional requirements for the marine profession, highlights professional qualities of the ship crew as a necessary component of the overall professional competence of future marine navigator. Conclusions. Formation of navigation professional competence of future ship navigators is carried out in accordance with internationally agreed criteria built on a competence approach. The system of professional training of future marine navigator is intended to ensure personal and professional formation, self-determination and subjective readiness to carry out professional activities in the current conditions, taking into account digital trends.
