Впровадження системи незалежного тестування: формування механізму об’єктивної оцінки знань

Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналізу дослідної експериментальної роботи з інтеграції навчального процесу на основі компетентнісного підходу в державну освітню політику України, яка проводиться в Херсонській державній морській академії. Одним із напрямків цієї роботи є створення та впровадження платформи дистанційної освіти для підтримки навчального процесу. Основним напрямком роботи була повна заміна класичної методики проведення екзаменаційної сесії на комплексне тестування, яке охоплює всі дисципліни від 1 до 5 курсу навчання та проводиться на основі платформи дистанційної освіти. Результати проведеного експерименту показали, що власний сайт дистанційного навчання є дієвим засобом як вивчення саме навчального матеріалу, так й перевірки якості його засвоєння, об’єктивного оцінювання знань курсантів, їх компетентності як майбутніх фахівців.

Статья посвящена анализу исследовательской экспериментальной работы интеграции учебного процесса на основе компетентностного подхода в государственную образовательную политику Украины. Одним из направлений этой работы является создание и внедрение платформы дистанционного образования для поддержки учебного процесса. Основным направлением работы была полная замена классической методики проведения экзаменационной сессии на комплексное тестирование, которое охватывает все дисциплины от 1 до 5 курса обучения и проводится на основе платформы дистанционного образования. Результаты проведенного эксперимента показали, что собственный сайт дистанционного обучения является действенным средством как для изучения учебного материала, так и для проверки качества его усвоения, объективного оценивания знаний курсантов, их компетентности как будущих специалистов.

The article is devoted to the analysis of research experimental work on the integration of the educational process on the basis of the competence approach in the state educational policy of Ukraine, which is held in the Kherson Maritime Academy. One of the directions of this work is the creation and implementation of a distance education platform to support the educational process in the KSMA. Competent-oriented vocational education is the reaction of the education system to the changes that have occurred in the social and economic sphere, to the processes that have emerged together with the market economy. The distance learning system of KSMA is built on the basis of the open Moodle platform, which offers a wide range of opportunities to fully support the learning process in the remote environment, namely, a variety of ways of presenting the training material, testing knowledge and monitoring progress. The peculiarity of the developed system is that the effectiveness of the training strategy is provided by taking into account the psychological characteristics of the user contingent, the ultimate goal of training, the motivation of the whole process of education, namely, the specifics of the seaman's profession. One of the main directions of the work was a complete replacement of the classical methodology for conducting the examination session for complex testing, which covers all disciplines from 1 to 5 courses of study and is conducted on the basis of a distance education platform. The use of the distance learning system, taking into account the specificity of the professional orientation, positively influenced the improvement of the training quality of the marine industry specialists, the competence of future specialists and the ability to perform complex tasks related to their professional activities. The results of the experiment showed that own site of distance learning is an effective tool for studying the teaching material and for testing the quality of its learning.
