Метологічні підходи до формування іншомовної комунікативної компетентності фахівців з навігації і управління морськими суднами

Abstract

У статті визначено необхідність цілісного уявлення про систему педагогічного процесу формування іншомовної комунікативної компетентності фахівців з навігації і управління морськими суднами в умовах неперервної освіти. Метою статті визначено розкрити зміст методологічних підходів, що забезпечують формування іншомовної комунікативної компетентності фахівців з навігації і управління морськими суднами в умовах неперервної освіти. У статті здійснено міждисциплінарний вимір проблеми системного формування іншомовної комунікативної компетентності фахівців з навігації і управління морськими суднами в умовах неперервної освіти. Обґрунтовано, що основними методологічними підходами, які визначають загальну стратегія розв’язання проблеми є: комунікативний підхід – сприяє розвитку практичних умінь володіння іноземною мовою як засобом формування іншомовної комунікативної компетенції певного рівня; особистісно-орієнтовний – враховує особистісні якості, здібності здобувачів освіти, системний – дає змогу розглядати формування іншомовної компетентності здобувачів освіти як систему, культурологічний – сприяє формування іншомовної комунікативної компетентності здобувачів освіти, готовності до розвитку культури сприйняття полікультурності світу та міжкультурної комунікації, компетентнісний – передбачає формування умінь використовувати іншомовну комунікативну компетентність у процесі виробничої практики, технологічний – забезпечує застосування педагогічних технологій. У роботі доведено, що використання зазначених методологічних підходів забезпечує цілісне уявлення про модель системи педагогічного процесу, що передбачає формування іншомовної комунікативної компетентності фахівців з навігації і управління морськими суднами в умовах неперервної освіти, здатних до постійного професійного вдосконалення. The article identifies the need for a holistic view of the system of pedagogical process of forming foreign language communicative competence of specialists in navigation and ship handling in the context of life-long learning. The purpose of the article is to reveal the content of methodological approaches that ensure the formation of foreign language communicative competence of specialists in navigation and ship handling in the context of lifelong learning. The article deals with the interdisciplinary dimension of the problem of systematic formation of foreign language communicative competence of specialists in navigation and ship handling in the context of life-long learning. It is substantiated that the main methodological approaches that determine the overall strategy for solving the problem are: communicative approach – promotes the development of practical foreign language skills as a means of forming foreign language communicative competence of a certain level; personality-oriented – takes into account the personal qualities and abilities of students, systemic – allows to consider the formation of foreign language competence of students as a system, cultural – promotes the formation of foreign language communicative competence of students, readiness to develop a culture of perception of the multiculturalism of the world and intercultural communication, competence – involves the development of skills to use foreign language communicative competence in the process of industrial practice, technological – provides the use of pedagogical technologies. The paper proves that the use of these methodological approaches provides a holistic view of the model of the pedagogical process system, which involves the formation of foreign language communicative competence of specialists in navigation and ship handling in the context of life-long learning, capable of continuous professional development.
