Метод занурення в професійній підготовці морських фахівців

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано дослідження з упровадження методу «занурення» в освітній процес, зокрема професійну підготовку морських фахівців. Обґрунтовано використання методу «занурення» у професійній підготовці майбутніх морських фахівців з використанням комплексу тренажерів на базі навчальних лабораторій. Використання методу «занурення» реалізується практичною частиною навчальних дисциплін, коли після отримання теоретичних знань студенти мають можливість відпрацювати практичні навички в умовах, близьких до реальних професійних. Для повного занурення використовуються сучасні тренажери та обладнання, а навчання здійснюється викладачами, які є діючими особами командного складу морських суден.The article analyses the research on the implementation of the “immersion” method in the educational process, in particular, the professional training of marine specialists. The author draws attention to the fact that the method of “immersion” allows you to study in conditions that are close to the real-life conditions of future professional activities. The research substantiates the use of the method of “immersion” in the training of future marine specialists using a set of simulators based on training laboratories. To implement training, the concept of its integration into the curriculum of marine specialist training has been implemented. Integrated plans for conducting training sessions have been developed for the students to receive all the certificates necessary for passing the practice and obtaining the first working a diploma. Simulation is divided into two stages. The first stage includes the training of cadets for production nautical practice. The second stage involves the preparation of documents to receive the first working a diploma. The use of the “immersion” method is realized by practical part of educational disciplines, after obtaining theoretical knowledge students have the opportunity to practice their skills in conditions close to real life. For full immersion, modern simulators and equipment are used, and training is provided by instructors who are active members of the crew of the vessels. It has been concluded that the method of immersion overcomes the traditionally established setting for learning as a hard work that generates an immersion in self- esteem and initiative, and productivity of learning. This method ensures the growing confidence of future marine specialists in their forces and facilitates the transition from education to self-education in the process of their training.
