ЕТАПИ РОЗВИТКУ ТОРГОВЕЛЬНО-МОРЕХІДНОЇ ОСВІТИ НА ПІВДНІ УКРАЇНИ (20- ТІ РОКИ ХІХ – ХХ СТОЛІТТЯ)

Abstract

Названі в статті періодизації є актуальними для з’ясування етапів розвитку морської освіти на півдні України, тому їх використано як базові. Виділено критерії та підходи до визначення меж окремих етапів у контексті соціально-економічних, суспільно-політичних, соціокультурних і педагогічних детермінант. Подано періодизацію розвитку системи морських бібліотек у період з ХІХ до початку ХХ століть, а також проаналізовано сприяння розвитку морехідної освіти шляхом поширення внутрішньої торгівлі, активізації зовнішньоекономічних зв’язків та прокладання залізничних доріг до портів на півдні країни – Одеси, Миколаєва, Херсона. Названные в статье периодизации актуальны для определения этапов развития морского образования на юге Украины, поэтому их использовано в качестве базовых. Выделены критерии и подходы к определению границ отдельных этапов в контексте социально-экономических, общественно-политических, социокультурных и педагогических детерминант. Подано периодизацию развития системы морских библиотек в период с XIX до начала ХХ веков, а также проанализированы содействия развитию мореходного образования путем распространения внутренней торговли, активизации внешнеэкономических связей и проведения железных дорог к портам на юге страны – Одессы, Николаева, Херсона. The periodization mentioned in the article is relevant in determining the stages of development of maritime education in the south of Ukraine, so it is taken as a basic reference. The criteria and approaches to defining the stage boundaries according to socioeconomic, socio-political, socio-cultural and pedagogical determinants are distinguished too. It is noted that the steps of the shipping development are connected with technical progress: the emergence of sailboats, the change from wooden vessels to iron one, the construction of steam engines, the emergence of the first welded structures, and the construction of internal combustion engines. The scientists’ opinions concerning the development of the marine studies libraries during the XIX and at the beginning of the XX centuries were taken into account determining the stages of maritime education development. It was also analyzed the contribution of the domestic trade expansion, the intensification of the foreign economic relations and the paving of the railway lines to the ports (Odessa, Mykolaiv, Kherson) in the south of the country. The article states that the determined periodization will become a basis for the further study of the processes and causal relationships in the formation and development of maritime education in the south of Ukraine.
