ЛІДЕРСЬКІ ЯКОСТІ ОФІЦЕРА СУДНОВОДІЯ: ТЕОРЕТИЧНИЙ АСПЕКТ

Abstract

У статті представлено результати теоретичного дослідження поняття лідерства. Доведено, що ефективне лідерство є запорукою успішної експлуатації судна та результативності рейсу. Уточнено поняття «лідерські якості». Проаналізовано психологічну структуру лідерських якостей майбутнього офіцера. На основі аналізу досліджень про проблеми лідерства визначено певні вимоги до офіцера-лідера: комунікативність, цілеспрямованість, відповідальність, наполегливість, мотивація до успіху, врівноваженість, розсудливість, компромісність і рішучість. Досліджено проблему визначення змісту лідерських якостей офіцерів судноводіїв. Розглянуто робочу модель комплексу лідерських якостей керівника. Вказано, що головними лідерськими якостями офіцера судноводія є стресостійкість, врівноваженість, вимогливість, високий рівень самооцінки та впевненість у своїх можливостях, доброзичливість, комунікативність, емпатія, послідовність дій, порядність, справедливість, чесність, уміння керувати людьми, здатність до планування роботи, прагнення лідерства в колективі, спроможність швидко орієнтуватися в ситуації та знаходити вірне рішення з її подолання, готовність брати на себе відповідальність,успішність в професійній діяльності, гнучкість та творчість мислення, креативність, бажання професійного самовдосконалення. Звернено увагу на співвідношення моделі лідерських якостей майбутнього судноводія із загальноприйнятими моделями якостей лідера. Вказано, що на значення лідерських якостей саме судноводіїв як безпосередньо відповідальних за безпеку на судні та в цілому за безпеку в межах міжнародного морського судноплавства, спрямовують увагу нормативно-правові акти, що зумовлюють професійні дії усіх членів суднового екіпажу, включаючи і суднових офіцерів. Визначено, що головним призначенням лідерських якостей судноводія є мотивування підлеглих на негайне, добровільне та якісне виконання поставленого ним завдання. The article presents the results of the theoretical research of the leadership concept. It has been justified that the effective leadership is a guarantee of the successful ship operation and trip efficiency. The concept of «leadership characteristics» is specified. The psychological structure of the leadership characteristics of the future officer is examined. Based on the analysis of the leadership problems research results, the certain requirements to the officer-leader is specified, as follows: communicative skills, purposefulness, accountability, consistent, motivation for success, balancing, sobriety, compromise and resoluteness. The problem of content defining of the leadership characteristics of navigation officers has been studied. It is stated that the key leadership characteristics of the officer navigator is stress resistance, balancing, intelligibility, high level of self-assurance and confidence in own capability, friendliness, communicative skills, empathy, consequent actions, integrity, decency, honesty, ability to manage the team, ability to work planning, empowerment, ability to pivot and find solutions, readiness to take responsibility, success in the profession, flexibility and creative thinking, creativity, desire to the professional growth. The working model of leadership complex is considered. The attention is drawn to the correlation between the leadership model of the future navigator and the commonly recognized models of leadership characteristics. It has been highlighted that the value of the leadership characteristics, especially for the navigators, who are responsible for the ship safety and overall security within the international marine navigation, have been described in the legislation that justifies the professional activities of all team, including the officers. It is determined that the main purpose of the leader's characteristics is the capability to inspire the team to the urgent, willing and qualitative performance of the task set up.
