Основні аспекти трансформації потреб у зовнішньо реалізовану поведінку особистості

Abstract

У статті висвітлено значення виховання для процесу формування особистості та здійснено аналіз основних досліджень, в яких започатковано розв’язання проблеми виховання культури потреб особистості. Проаналізовано потребнісно-інформаційну концепцію особистості та розглянуто основні аспекти трансформації потреб у зовнішньо реалізовану поведінку особистості. Розкрито значення інформаційної теорії емоцій відповідно до проблеми індивідуальних відмінностей та висвітлено її основні положення. Схарактеризовано виховні впливи, що випливають з потребнісно-інформаційного підходу до проблеми людської індивідуальності. Установлено, що безпосередніми «трансформаторами» структури потреб є позитивні емоції, а вони у свою чергу пов’язані з успішним задоволенням цих потреб.

The article is outlined the meaning of upbringing for the process of forming of personality and it is analyzed basic researches, where there were started solutions of problems of upbringing of culture needs of individual. The received information of conception of personality is analyzed and it is determined that every person in the world had his (her) own needs. Human needs depend on its purpose, knowledge, skills, habits, relationships, money, physical characteristics of appearance, natural abilities to realize them. The most important tasks of education and upbringing are to develop socially beneficial norms in order to satisfy human needs, to bring availability of liberty for everyone. In the article it is considered the basic aspects of transformation of needs for external implement of behavior of individual. The article disclosed value of information about theory of emotions, based on the main regulations and identified upbringing impact resulting from requirements of information approach. It is established that direct «transformers» of structure were positive emotions, and they were connected with successful satisfaction of needs. It is also exposed upbringing influence of theoretical and practical psychologists. The article substantiates the fact that the process of forming of personality is necessary now, it corresponds to the needs of nature and does not violate integrity of human personality and it can be formed through education, practical experience gained by previous generations, assimilation of modern standards of culture as well as through promotion, development and cultivation of man’s creativity.
